Packing your Hospital Bag

All the things you need at the hospital for labor and delivery. Stuff for mom, dad and babe!

Packing your hospital bag can be overwhelming. At least it was for me! I’m an over packer – for sure. I bring everything I may or may not need. Even now, travelling with a toddler – we take everything but the kitchen sink is the ongoing joke.

For the hospital bag I really did try to just pack as little as I could. The essentials. My husband still thinks it’s a little much, but it is what it is! Yasou Mama sent me their prepacked hospital bag and it was perfect – it had most of what i needed and I just needed to add some extra. You can check out what was in the bag HERE.
