Packing your hospital bag can be overwhelming. At least it was for me! I’m an overpacker – for sure. I bring everything I may or may not need. Even now, when travelling with 2 kids – we take everything but the kitchen sink is the ongoing joke.

For the hospital bag, I really did try to just pack as little as I could. The essentials. My husband still thinks it’s a little much, but it is what it is! Yasou Mama sent me their prepacked hospital bag and it was perfect – it had most of what I needed and I just needed to add some extra. You can check out what was in the bag HERE.
